Not really. What you can do it to draw one in Paint or some other graphics
program and place it in an unbound object frame or image control in Access.
Then put your other controls on top of it.

Thanks. What you mean is that I can use Word or CorelDraw or Adobe software to design the reprot layout and then cut and paste to Access report, and then I put Access report controls on top of it? I wonder if I works.
