Rotating Screen

My video card supports screen rotation. Is is possible to
rotate the screen in XP without specialized software such
as PivotPro?

Actually, what video card do you have? If it's a newer
nVidia, the new Forceare drivers for your card include
software for tweaking your card with a buncha options
such as screen rotating.
