hello
ive just maid a program and I want to present it on this forum...
maybe if you know some of encryption you shorely know the encryption
method
rot-13... it places every letter of the alphabet 13 places forward
(n=>a)...
well I made a program like that... the program let you decode a text in
rot-13 or
code some normal text into a rot-13 version...

How about setting up a website from which we can download it?

Alternatively, you can set up an account with Simtel
http://simtel.net/welcome.php
and upload it there (as far as I know it's free - but it has been many
many moons since i submitted anythong to simtel)
