I'm looking for a simple Rolodex Program (Shareware/Freeware) that
will have at least the following data fields:

Name
Address
Telephone (Land Line, FAX Line & Cell Line)
Spouse name
Comments

Please provide a link or phone number

There are LOTS of freeware options in that category. It's largely a
matter of personal preference. The one I'm using is Contact Keeper:
