Rollup 1 service pack for XP KB826939

I have downloaded the service pack but it will not
install. I have check and downloaded SP1a and it will not
install. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

What is the exact error message you are getting?This will
help narrow down the cause.

It MIGHT be that you have a virus onboard that is
preventing the installation.

If you don't have a third party firewall,please enable
the XP firewall.
How to turn on XP Firewall:

Then,just to be certain your system is clear,
please run a virus scan at any of the locations below:
