Outlook does not handle shifts well. If there is a recurrence pattern you
can create a series of appointments. I.e., if week 1 is 8-5, week 2 is 5-9,
then back to the week 1 pattern, you'd make 2 appointments that recurred
every other week, on mon-fri, 8-5 and every other week 5-9.
