rolling data?

I have 2 columns; 1 with age and the other with number of months in the
company. I would like those to automatically change in powerpoint monthly.
Is that possible?
 
Change from what to what? Colors? More information is needed.

I need to have the age change on the actual birthdate and the number of
months with the company would advance by one each month. Thank you for your
response.
