Hi Chris,

I would have a percentage (or number) under each month. THe number
represents a % of accolades over the total response. If I am asked to do a
rolling average of 12 months, I'm thinking that I would first,
calculate the average from January to December (January, Feb, Mar....December)
Then compare the average between January to February
get the average between February to March
get the average between March to April
etc...

We want to see that from the entire year, how were we doing in comparison
from
month to month.

Each cell would have a month name (going across A1:L12)
under each month name would be a number (the percentage of accolades in
comparison to the total responses) (A2:L12)
then I would do the average between months and that would be on row 3

I have not tried this yet, but this is what I'm thinking that this is what I
need to do.
