rogue site on my internet options home page

i am using windows xp and have no adminastrative rights
and a rogue site has appeared on my home page , it is
ghosted out and i can not remove it, any ideas? thanks

Hi there Pete,
That's probably a spyware...you may download and install the Ad-aware
spyware removal utility from the following Web site:
http://www.webattack.com/get/adaware.shtml

Initiate the Adaware and it will deep scan the registry for spywares, After
the scan is finished, click [Next] button. Select all the items
(checkboxes). right click on any object in the "Scan result" list and choose
[Select all objects], Click Next and click OK to confirm spyware removal.
