rogue dialers

HELP!!!!

I am using Norton to check for virus, etc, which it seems to be doing fairly
well (I hope!!), but every time i reboot the pc, i keep getting prompted to
connect via telephone..I have just moved to wireless BB.

When i delete in 'Show all Connections', this rogue connection re-appears as
though it had never been deleted...

Before i can use the internet, i have to once again manually delete this
telephone connection. Also, Norton, is catching a significant number of
dialers trying to attach themselves to my pc...is this connected?

Google "Spybot", download it, update it and run it.
