Since downloading the latest free version of roboform I get an annoying nag
asking me to upgrade to pro paid version everytime I use the form filler.
What are the best free alternatives?

If it is the last free version (v4.6.8) then go into "Options" then "Other:
and make sure that "Notify about new versions" is not checked.
