Roaming Profile Share contains RECYCLER folder

We have noticed that since we implemented roaming profiles with folder
redirection, the roaming profile share contains a RECYCLER folder. We
currently redirect the My Documents, Desktop and Application Data folders.
Of course we do not want the recycler folder to be located on our users
personal share. We have approximately 1500 users. So how can we force the
recycler folder not to redirect? Ideally it should be going to the C and D
partition on the local machine. We are currenly running Windows XP Pro SP2.

Let me know if you require more information. details.

Don't use roaming profiles. What would the point of it being on computer 1 c drive if the user is tryng to restore a file but the user is now on computer2

Our users roam and need roaming profiles. On the other hand, lets get back
to my question which is, "why does a recycle bin folder get created on a
network share when a users My Documents folder is redirected via Group
Policy"? Strangely, when a file is deleted from the local machine, a copy of
that file goes to the recycle bin on the local machine and is also gets
copied to the recycle bin on the networked share. The deleted file goes to
two recycle bin folders. This seems to be a bug with folder redirection.
