RIghts to Add Machine to Domain

I am auditing rights on our domain and I am wanting to
remove our desktop support people from the Domain Admin
group. Is there a way through Group Policy to change
the "add machine to domain" right? I was able to do this
on my DC's using 3rd party software (Hyena), but would
like to do it via GPO so it is documented and easier for
the other Admins to edit.
