Rights need to add computer to domain

I have a user that gets a access denied error when trying to add a computer
to a domain, when the computer object already exists. If I delete the old
computer object, then he is able to add the computer. What rights do I need
to give him to be able to do this? I already gave him create and delete
computer objects right.
