I just inherited a Windows 2000 domain. Can anyone tell me the easiest way
to get a listing by user what they have rights to and what groups they
belong to?

If you use the script at tip 7451 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at
http://www.jsiinc.com, and change the
if /i "%%d" EQU "no "
to
if /i "%%d" EQU "yes "
you will have a file of security group membership.
