Right motherboard

I have a celeron 1.2Ghz with pc133 memory. My old motherboard is powered by
an intel 810 and doesn't have an AGP slot. What motherboard has and AGP
slot and will take a celeron 1.2Ghz?

Best bet is a Via 694T based board, preferably from Asus,
Abit, MSI or Gigabyte.
The AGP slot is AGP Universal, 4X, supports both old and new
AGP video cards.
