right clik no work to make new folder or copy one

I recently upgraded to XP Pro and now when I right click to make a new folder
I just get an hourglass forever until I restart. Also Dr Watson sometimes
comes up telling me that it has to shut down too???
Please help

Often this problem is caused by third party "handlers" - entries on the
right click menu that have been added by software you've installed. A great
