right clicking..

well ok recently i have been either right clicking my
mouse or going on normal drop down menus (File, Edit,
View.. etc) and the menus arent openly appearing. i have
to scroll down to finally get a visually of each
different option.... i have restarted my computer and it
still does this.. please help, Gabby
