Do you experience the same thing in Safe Mode?
hi leonard thankyou for you reply. im afraid this stillhappens in safe mode
and when i tried to use the event viewer windows could'nt open this file, and
to open it it needs to know whaty program created it i believe its a .msc
file. but when i go on line i cant find where to download something to open
it. have you any ideas. thanks

The link I supplied explains how to open Event Viewer. No special
program is needed. No right-clicking is needed.

thankyou everybody i have now sorted it. it was a problem with ie7 i had to
reload it. again thanks
