Right-clicking audio files causes a crash

Whenever I attempt to right click an audio file (mp3, wav, wmv, etc) I get the dreaded "Explorer has encountered an error and must close" box and I can't do anything about it. This has only started today and I havnt got a clue what has caused it. I tried using System Restore but I have had no success. What could the problem be?
 
I am having the same problem- if I find a solution I will post it here.
