Right Click

Lavert

I left click on start button, then left click on programs which outputs a
listinbg of all programs. Right click on any program on the listing and
nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

Right click the free Taskbar > Properties > Start Menu > Customize >
Advanced > Enable Drag And Drop > tick.
