right click with mouse doesnt function in graphs

When I right click a graph or tab no box or set of
commands comes up. Even when I click on a graph with the
left button no commands arise that let me extend the data
range. Whats gone wrong, it used to work but not anymore

Is it a shared workbook? In order to enable sharing, lots of other
features must be disabled.
