I don't quite know where to post this, but here it is:
This morning, my computer started acting wierd.
When I right-click on an object, or open up any of the
menus on programs (i.e. "File", "Edit", etc.), nothing
happens until you hover the cursor over where the menu
should be. Then it appeares, option by option. How do I
stop this?

Hello!
You first open Taskbar and Startmenu properties [simply by right
clicking on any blank area of "start menu";it may be beside the picture
of the user at the top / beside the blank area of turn off or log off
option) >Select Start menu > Customize > Advanced > Under Start menu
items check the box against "Enable dragging and dropping" >ok
with regards/
ssg/pronetworks.org

It's already checked....
