Right Click no longer works in E-mail

When reviewing e-mails, the right click no longer works.
Problem seems to have started after recent Office update.
Any ideas how to restore menu to the right click?
 
Wow - I have exactly the same problem ! Outlook 2003.
Used the detect and repair option, installed SP1, but to
no avail: I can no longer right-click on messages in the
inbox pane, no longer right-click on contacts or calendar
items; this is 2 different profiles. Right-click
everywhere else in Outlook work, and I have no problem in
any other applications. This is now the second machine at
work that reports this - Anyone ?!
