right click menu issues

My son, while exploring the internet on his own, somehow did something to
our computer. There is now a link entitled "Hardcore Movies" when you right
click on the Internet Explorer Browser. The above mentioned link shows up
right underneath the "refresh" link. I tried searching for a file that
might be responsible for this, but have been unable to locate anything. If
anyone can give me some advice as to how to get rid of this unwanted link,

Install and run "Spybot - Search and Destroy". It will
clean all that garbage off your machine!
There are other programs that claim to do the same thing,
but miss a lot of it! (Ad-Aware, etc.)

You've probably already done this, but the first step is
to try right clicking on the unwanted icon/link. YOu may
be able to delete it directly..
