right-click in inbox no longer works

I used to be able to right-click on an email message and get a pop-up menu
which would allow me to choose from various tasks, such as delete the message
or send the message sender to the junk-email. Now, I no longer get the menu
when I right-click, and I have to use the menu bar to get the tasks.

Version/mode/SP level of Outlook? (help | about)

This was resolved for several of our users (Outlook 2003) by:

- Exit Outlook
- Delete c:\docs&settings\username\local settings\app
data\ms\forms\frmcache.dat
- Relaunch Outlook
