Right Click Error Message on Home pages

i just bought new puter and it runs Windows XP (had 8yr old puter with 98se)
so im lost to begin with.I shut PC down last night worked fine i turned it
one this morning and now its giving me fits.
On home pages for Yahoo and MSN if i right click and chose open on new page
i get error msg and then it shuts down the page but if i just go to link and
click and opens on same page i can right click on anything on the new page as
long as its not the home pages of yahoo and msn. Anyone else out here ever
have that happen.

Go to Start/Run, and type: REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL Then open IE, Tools menu, Options, Program Tab, and click the "Reset Web Settings"
button.
