right click crashes explorer after 821557 update

After installing Windows Update 821557: Security Update
(Windows XP) If I right click anything, I just get an
eternal hour glass... Ctrl-Alt-Delete shows that explorer
has stoped responding. If I remove this update using
system restore, everything is back to normal and right
click works fine. Now I'm concerned about not having this
Security Update installed. The only thing I could find
that seems to address this problem is Microsoft Knowledge
Base Article - 824136
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;824136
but there seems to be no direct link to a download to fix
the problem. Has anyone had this problem and fixed it?
Any Ideas? Do I have to CALL Microsoft to fix this?
Thanks, -Chaz

I have the same problem, just removing 821557 using add/remove programs
fixed it.
Have you learned anymore since you posted?
