Right-Click Computer Freeze

Can anyone help me with an issue i have on Windows XP.
When i right click a file or icon, the loading cursor
Click to expand...
will appear but nothing happens. I cant click on anything
else because the computer it freezes. Windows shell just
stops responding. Help is appreciated.

I have the same issue, it also freezes when i try to delete
any file by pressing the delete key.

i tried the below issue, but it still happens.

Any other thoughts on what could fix this? If so, please
email me. Thanks a bunch guys.
