right causes ie crash

I.E crashes eerytime i right click inside it or on a
link.The error report shows...

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2600.0 ModName:
kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.0 Offset: 0001b216


i have tried reinstalling IE but the problem still
remains
