Richtext ActiveX control not working

I am trying to insert the ActiveX Richtext box control and I get the
following error: "You dont have the license required to use the Activex
control... ".

I tried to register it. Didnt work. I tried unregistering and then
registering. Didnt work. I tried regsvr32 , browsed to the activex control
and re-registered. Didnt work. I tried searching through Microsoft
knowledge base and Google groups and they talk about a fix if this is caused
by the "developer edition". I am not using the developer edition, but tried
the fix anyway. The fix wouldn't install (I dont have developer edition).

Any help greatly appreciated!

No good... unregistered the old one... renamed the old one... installed the
new one, used regsrv32 and then registered via Access97. Syas it is
registered and then I get the error message
