Rewrite links to work without querystrings

To Optimize my website www.housecalls4pet.com I was told that my link URLs
contain querystrings and to rewrite links to work without querystrings.
Could you help me find out how to do this. Examples?
 
None of your links on your home page contain any query strings
- whoever told you that about SEO is uninformed
