Revised Question about Multiple Appointments

My original post regarding this subject did not include that I was trying to
send more than one appointment in the same email to the same
recipient...anyone know how to do this please?

This is really an email question and it depends on the mail programs your
using. This is a newsgroup for MS Access the Database program. Normally
you should post you question to the newsgroup related to your email program.
If your using outlook you can create the appointments and drag and drop them
all in a single email or attach item for multi appointments.
