Reviewing Toolbar

I am using Word 2002 on an XP Pro computer.

Every time I open Word the Reviewing Toolbar opens, I right click on the
Toolbar on the toolbar and deselect the reviewing bar, but next time I open
Word the same thing happens.

Is there any way that I can set it to only open what I want. I haven't been
able to find anything in Tools/Option or Customize.
