Reviewing Toolbar

A lot of times when I open spreadsheets that have been e-
mailed to me the reviewing toolbar pops up at the top
with my other toolbars. Is there any way to prevent this
from happening?

When I just open my Excel I just have the standard
toolbar and the formatting toolbar, but that blased
reviewing toolbar seems to always appear when I open a
file that has been sent to me.
