S Suzanne S. Barnhill Feb 10, 2006 #4 You can use the Remove Hidden Data tool (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=144E54ED-D43E-42CA -BC7B-5446D34E5360&displaylang=en). In Word 2003, there is an option to "Remove personal information from file properties on save" that accomplishes this. -- Suzanne S.
