Reviewers - changing name of reviewer

My documents show a reviewer name that I don't know; my only guess is it is
the name of a tech who worked on or set up the computer. I've put my name in
the "User Information" but it still uses the other names as the name of the
reviewer when I make changes to the document. I tried making a change through
visual basis, but in visual basic the document uses my name, the other name
doesn't show at all and doesn't come up in a search. Any ideas?
 
Hello-

Take a look in Help>About Microsoft Office Word and see if the other name
appears as the Registered User.

It might also be in the Properties of the template used for the document.
