Reverse order of folders, files

How do you change file names to show in alphabetical order within a directory
in microsoft word? I've gone to View, clicked list and it comes up z to a
instead of a to z. I don't know what is meant by the Name header. Thank you.
 
Switch to Details view in the Open or Save As dialog, and you will see
headings for Name, Size, Modified, Type, etc. Click on the Name header to
reverse the sort. You can then switch back to your usual view.
