Reverce Lookup Zone

We have moved the offices and changed the subnet from 192.168.80.x to
192.168.90.x

Now my Reverce Lookup Zones in DNS still point to the old subnet
192.168.80.x. Is it safe to delete that one and create a new one? How this
will affect Exhcnage Server?

Yes, it is safe and You have to do this to be sure that reverse lookup
queries will be handles correctly in our network. If A records are
created with the IP in 192.168.90.x subnet You have to maintein correct
reverse zone.

Thank you Tomaz,

This is great. Can you give me more input on your last expression?

This about registering A records?
If Your host registers itself in DNS or DHCP server is registering entry
for the host it creates type A record in DNS. DNS A records should have
corresponding PTR records in the reverse lookup zone - If this zone will
not be avilable on Your DNS server this PTR records will not be created.
