Reveal codes

I'm not really sure if this is a reveal code problem or not but I didn't know
what else to call it.

When I type a message it places the reveal dots between all the words
however I don't have the paragraph symbol at the end of paragraphs, which is
odd. That's why I think it may not be a reveal code problem and some other
type of formatting issue.

I've turned the reveal codes on and off and that doesn't help. Does anyone
have any suggestions as to what else I could try?

You have show markup enabled. Use CTRL+SHIFT+8 to toggle it on/off.

I tried that and it didn't work. It just places the paragraph reveal code in
the email. When I turn it off it takes out the paragraph code but doesn't
remove the dots between the words.

Most likely a "Word" configuration setup.
Open Word.
Go to the TOOLS menu item and choose Options.
On the VIEW tab and check the "formatting marks" section.
You may have "spaces" checked.

Open a message, click the Office button, then Editor Options, Display.
Uncheck the Spaces box.
