returning all matching values in column A that have the same value for columnB

I feel ike this should be easier than it is but I am totally stuck.

I have a series of rows with names and due dates for columns. I want a
formula that will return all of the names that match a given date to a
single cell. Possible?

Hi,

The easiest is Data Filter Autofilter ...
Then pick whatever value in any column ...
to get your result

I'd like to do it with a formula so that it updates when the data
changes. You know what I mean?
