return value in adjacent cell different workbook

working in one workbook and have peoples names. I want to return their
handicaps for their golf scores in another sheet that matches their name. All
are in adjacent columns.
Sheet 1 sheet 2
Names HKP col a col b
bob 7 HKP Name
bill 3 ? joe
joe 4 ? bob
? bill
