Return to Earlier Version of Outlook

I downloaded a trial version of Outlook 2007 and installed it. The new
version replaced my Outlook 2003.

I like the old version better.

How do I go back to Outlook 2003? I tried a Windows XP system restore to a
restore point earlier than the date I installed Outlook 2007, but the system
restore message claims that the system on the earlier date is the same as my
current system.

Will this process preserve all of the "content" of Outlook (email, tasks,
contacts, etc.?) Is there anything I need to do in order to preserve the
contents?

Uninstalling does not impact on data or the outlook profile, but as with any
use of a PC you should have data backups inplace

Thanks very much for taking the time to reply. I'm confident now that I can
return to Outlook 2003.
