Return Receipt

How do I turn on the request receipt in Outlook so that it covers all
outgoing messages?
 
Tim, in Outlook 2000 (other versions probably the same or similar), Tools >
Options > Preferences > E-mail options > Tracking options. Check Request a
read receipt for all messages I send and/or Request a delivery receipt for
all messages I send. OK, OK, OK.
