I use Outlook 2003.
The spam filter on my ISP's server has an "Allowed" list where you can enter
the Email address of senders from whom you wish to receive mail straight
into your inbox without spam filtering.
I am having problems getting this to work properly. I have stored in the
"Allowed" list the Email addresses of companies from whom I wish to receive
mail which the ISP spam filter previously recognised as spam. However - this
mail is still being filtered out.
My ISP tells me that I must enter the "Return Path Address" and not the
"From" address for the system to work.
How do I find the return path address - and what does a typical return path
address look like ?
