Return Outlook to it's default state after using practice data files on the
CD-ROM that comes with Step by Step for Office System 2003 Edition. I know
how to open the practice folders within Outlook, but not how to return
Outlook to it's default state when I am finished with the exercise

Perhaps the /firstrun command line switch or the specification of a new PST
as the delivery location would suit your needs.
