Bring it back off your backup. Or if no backup....... then you don't. Once
you overwrite it with anothe rfile of the same name it is gone.(possibly you
could pay some recovery company hundreds of dollars to get it back)
If you use a recent version of Word, you might be able
to trigger an Auto_Recovery of the file. But, since the
back-dated version was saved to disk you may be out
of luck on recovering the full contents.
