Retrive deleted items.

Is there a way to retrieve the items hard deleted ( Shift + Del ) from the
Inbox ?

If you're on an Exchange server that's configured for deleted item
retention, you can get them back - you just need to use the DumpsterAlwaysOn
registry hack as per the following

You can then get the items back from tools | recover deleted items,
presuming you're within the retention timeframe.

If you use a PST file, the items are likely gone. This may or may not
work...

I am not on an exchange... Now is it possible to retrive the hard deleted
