Hi all
Am wondering if it's possible to run an Access macro which looks for custom forms in a particular mailbox (always the same one), and transfers the data from the fields in those forms and puts into an Access table, creating a new record for each form.
The forms could have something unique in the subject to distuinguish them from general email messages.
Ideally, it will only look at unread forms and once the macro has been run, the form will change to a read status. Also if possible, there would be prompts like:-
"there have no new forms since you last retireved the data" and
"there was an attachment with one of the forms"
I've searched the net but generally find stuff related to going the opposite way - i.e. populating outlook forms listboxes with data from an Access table
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks
