Retrieving lost username

I had three username on my computer, windows xp and accidently deleted one.
Is there anyway possible to retrieve the deleted username. I tried creating
the username again but of course it works but doesnt give me the programs or
icons I had before.

Does the profile folder for the deleted user still exist?
 
No, the only ones I can find are the administrator one and the other two
usernames that were not deleted.
 
In this case they are probably gone.
